Great Success! "Compete for the Cause" series' first event! The CYSTEM and the CambridgeSide Galleria hosted a CornHole Tournament & BBQ on the roof deck at the mall. All funds raised to benefit The CYSTEM.

Zumba Time....!
CYSTEM Student Athletes and other city youth enjoying Zumba workout! Just part of the days' festivities Zumba was a big hit at Cambridge Youth Health & Fitness Awareness Day. The CYSTEM was well represented with Student Athletes and Staff. The CYSTEM table hosted by awesome Staff Michelle Yearwood and Coaches Craig & Steve. Kids who visited the CYSTEM table took part in a agility ladder drill to test their skills. The event was a success, we're looking forward to the next one!

Lunch Time TriviaWay To Go Zyair!
There were 4 SA's tied with 4o points each coming into the second half of LunchTimeTrivia. SA Zyair Bolling dominated the room by answering 9 trivia questions correctly. That ties the record for a single day score, set last year by the "sports trivia king" Terry Jean!
SNOW DAYThe CYSTEM had a day off this past Saturday due to the Blizard of 2013. A storm that dumped over 2 feet of snow on to Eastern Mass. Student Athletes spent the day making snow dogs, snow men, giant snow mountians and shovelling out neigbors in need!
At The CYSTEMThis week at The CYSTEM our student athletes resumed MMA training at REDLINE Fight Sports while others stayed at the center for baseball training fundamentals. Lunch Time Trivia ended with a four way tie for first place Zyair B, Anthony W, Anthony B and Gabe T. This week will decide the winner! SA's also stepped up the conditioning drills and endorance running, getting ready for the upcoming Triathlon and Baseball seasons!

This year we "rock da river" with CCLBL (Central Cambridge Little Baseball League), CCLBL players dominated last years event and are hungry for more hardware!
Compete for the Cause Series Part 1The CYSTEM is excited to announce the First Annual “Compete for the Cause” fundraising campaign to benefit our program. We are hosting a 128 team (2 players per team) single elimination corn hole competition for players ages 21 years and older. Our goal is to raise funds for The CYSTEM, while enjoying some friendly competition, good music, food and beverage! Teams will battle it out for the championship belts and bragging rights!
